Braden first learned his vowels at 16 months. Now he knows consonants and can identify some numbers as well. He points out letters and shapes he sees in stores and billboards. He is also learning the beginning sounds of words, he'll says "apple - A!" or "O - orange!" He loves books and reading. He also counts up to 3 objects (not just reciting 1-2-3) and calls himself "Nenen" since he can't pronounce his name just yet! Just proud of our little guy. :)
my 12 month old knows 1 2 and 3 and the letters of his name R,Y,A,N and has just started pointing to all the E,e s he can find and knows that capital E and small e are the same letter. even tho i havn't taught him e yet. And he has down syndrome but this hasn't slowed him down in any way! so very proud of my little genius!
