Liliya is using brushes: Brush for 3D sculpting, Salon PT4 and Brush for 3D sculpting, Kolinsky 4.

maybe its because you pick up 2 much acryclic powder and not enough liquid, but i watched some other videos and some of the nail artists use a thing called "uv gel"
