Eric Clapton - "I Shot The Sheriff"
Live at the Madison Square Garden, Nework, June 29, 2004.
One of the hottest performances ever by Clapton of this Marley classic. Clapton just flies on his solo.

  • I Shot the Sherif is the classics Bob Marley song , nice performing Eric Clapton , BIG TUNE

  • CLAPTON IS GOD !

  • LOL did anyone else see that look on Clapton's face at 8:29? Haha "Did I just do that?!?"

  • @specialagentslowhand full throttle... lolol

The key is to not pick. Haha... I don't play it exactly as Clapton does. He picks more than I do and I do NOT understand how this is even possible.

What I do is simply pick once and hammer on the other two notes. Kinda weird because this is down on two strings.. usually 3rd and 2nd. I only ever strum on the second, I just hammer on the 3rd hard enough to get it to sound (not super hard lol..). I've been trying to develop claptons tech. its hard...

  • Clapton is God!

  • Agree with you dude, I'm really impressed!!! :-o

  • Holy balls sweat, that was amazing!!!!!

  • I want to see layla version this night, it's that posible?

  • このラン奏法・・・かっこよすぎ!
