  • Use a non-stick aluminum foil for wrapping the fish for easy transfer of the cooked fish to a serving platter.

  • This is for those people who keep on bugging me to translate Tagalog to English:

    2 Tbsp Oil,1/2 cup Onions chopped, 1/4 cup red pepper chopped, 1/2 cup tomatoes chopped, 1/2 cup frozen peas, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/2 cup carrots chopped, 2 Tbsp Maggie Seasoning Sabor, Black or White pepper and salt to taste, 1/2 cup potatoes chopped and The insides of the fish de-boned and flaked plus 3 eggs beaten.

  • I finally completed your Rellenong Bangus and it was really really good. We ate it all before I could take a picture and post it on facebook. (Maybe this coming weekend) Thank you for posting Cheddar58
