March 13, 1990: Moved NE from 1 N of Ada, crossing county lines 2.5 SSE of St. Libory and 1 WNW of Worms, and lifting 3 SE of Palmer. The tornado destroyed a building, three mobile homes and overturned 15 railroad cars at the Army Ordnance Plant. Northwest of Grand Island, 47 railroad cars were overturned and several farms damaged. One mobile home was demolished 5 NW of Grand Island, and another was demolished southeast of St. Libory. Twelve homes had minor damage.

  • My mom was in this tornado. There were alot more than two... there were like 7
