    I love the over the shoulder thing, but it only works for certain people. For the most part belt should be worn around the waist. The Hart Foundation where the first I saw doing it and they made it look cool. It was also cool when Austin did it. I also like how after the Undertaker beat Hogan for the title at the 1990 Survivor Series, for their rematch at Tuesday In Texas the Undertaker just carried the belt in his right hand as he slow walked to the ring. Awesome!
