Mariah Carey - Whistle register (live)

Everyone has a whistle register... people think its impossible... you may not be able to hit the register Mariah can, she has been doing it for years... but you can certainly train you're vocal chords to hit the whistle register.
Even males can hit the register Mariah can hit, but there is a possibility of damaging you're vocal chords...

okay, so can ANYONE traint hemselves to hit high notes like that??? just keep practicing? maybe??

not true any woman who can sing can hit the whistle register with practice but not everybody even with practive can get as high as mariah

It seems that Mariah has gotten better with the whistle end of her register while the lower end suffers.

I am a bass singer and I can hit those high whistle notes. If I ever wanted to be like this lady here I would have to do some intense vocal conditioning.

I think Mariah's whistle register is the best. She is the whistle queen!
There are many singers who sing with whistle register, but Mariah's whistle register sounds natural and the most pleasant & beautiful.
