Well, though I agree with almost everything you're saying about Obama, I just want to be fair, and just say that Bush wasn't all that much better, with his Patriot Act, his handling of Katrina, HIS Stimulus bill, his wiretapping bill, the war in Iraq, and his piss-poor handling of the war with Afghanistan, No Child Left Behind, etc. It's not just one person, or one party. BOTH parties are fucked up.

My tag at the end of your post reflects my opinion about your statement only, not you as a person nor anyone who disagrees with me. The blanket statements and ad hominem attacks are coming from you.

I was basically mocking that video of the woman saying "he gon pay my gas, he gon pay my mortgage". I didn't make that post with racist intentions in mind. I know PLENTY of white people that fit into my parody post about Obama. In fact, some, or hell, even MOST of the WORST people I've seen about handling criticisms of Obama are white.

But your parody wasn't done in a "white" voice. It was done in what seems to be a stereotypically "black" voice that is put on by a speaker or writer whose intention is to mock black people. Furthermore, you seem to be reviving the "welfare queen" myth of the 1980's that began the "us vs. them" tactics of the GOP. I have not seen the video you're talking about. Why you would choose to make a parody of it in the style you've chosen and not realize why it might be racist is a headscratcher.

If you didn't see that video, then that's why you didn't get the point of my post, and that's probably why you saw it as racist. If you want to see the video I was parodying, search for "pay my gas" on YouTube. That's basically what I was parodying.

And when I made the post, I was just pissed off that a lot of people were waxing religious about him and making merchandise in his name before he was even elected. He's NOT the fucking Messiah, he's a goddamn human being like everybody else.

See, this isn't your video. You can't block me out here.
