Is your image really all it's made up to be?
Set at an international party our hero enters in hopes of meeting a girl that has intrigued him. We soon see how out of place he is and how other foreigners have found a way to blend in or become some one new.
Foreigners in Japan make up only around 3% of the population. When a culture is so limited on its variety of foreigner's image does it really have a good opportunity to see who people really are? The lines start to blur and the image of a nation can be thrown on the backs of a few.
This short film with its interesting characters and dialogue bring up some questions of image, friendship, and culture. We can get a view from the outside of all the experience and come to new ideas and ways to think about how we represent ourselves.
