Dr.Süleyman Engin Akhan tarafından yapılan torsiyone (kendi etrafında dönmüş) ve nekroze olmuş (kanlanması bozulmuş) dermoid kist içeren yumurtalığın laparoskopik ameliyatı. Biz jinekologlar yıllardır nekroze olmuş torsiyone yumurtalıkları fonksiyon göremez olduklarını düşünerek ve farklı nedenlerle alıyorduk. Oysa son 2 yıldır bu yumurtalıkların alınmaması gerektiği ve detorsiyone edildiklerinde fonksiyonlarını korudukları gösterildi. Dolayısıyla bu yumurtalıkları çıkarmamak ve boşuna kadının yumurtalığını almamak gerekiyor.

i just had a dermoid cysts on my right ovary that had hair on it and everything. the doctor tried to save the ovary but the cysts had taken over it. so she removed the entire ovary.

i had the surgey done on sunday and and was home the next day. i was sore for the first few days but now im feeling a whole lot better.
