fyi, this is not across the street from vinnies so before you comment something, let alone negatively, get your facts straight. and whoever said Williamsburg is crap, its pretty clear you either are jealous or have never been here. most hipsters have moved out due to high rents. shocking how clueless some people are.

Is that a rabbit or chicken coop to the right of the patio? Pat can raise chickens! Though he should check with the local ordinances first; I think you can't have roosters (rightfully so). But having chickens is so much fun, and the eggs! Think of the eggs. Oh, I hope it's a chicken coop. Rabbits, well the manure is a good source of organic fertilizer for your garden, but it smells funny.

This block is noisy beyond belief on Friday and Saturday nights (and some other nights) until at least 4am. No one will be able to sleep if those bedrooms face the front. Right across the street is Vinny's Pizza, open till 2am, and one block down is the old bar with the street seating all night long where all the post-concert revelers congregate outside.
