@2ingrams They have guns too, I guess he should have just shot her then. I'm not a cop, but when someone attacks me I punch them just like that, then they don't attack people like that no more. Most learn that in grade school, but some manage to make it way too long before learning not to do that. When some girls attack you like that, you can be a man and just accept it, I would rather defend myself though, if it makes me bad so be it, but at least I defend myself.

all jokes aside if a man punches a woman like this on camera hes doing serious jail time cops should not be above the law. hes got a tazer an mace but he chose to go for the knock out punch.no excuse here.further more if anyone else does this crap they get arrested an sit in jail or bond out waiting the court outcome.

You're not a COP, you will never be a COP, I'm not even a COP. Do you think Obama is Kenyan? I would like to know, it would explain alot of things. I've laid my argument out. @studpuppy69 Explain to me what Obama's citizenship or lack there-of has to do with an off duty cop who clearly violated not 1, but 2 different woman's rights? Clearly you lack comprehension skills to study the video in question, and then agree or counter with some legitimate observations. Claiming that Jose Vidal was within his legal right to sexually assault a woman, because he didn't want to wait 60 seconds for back up to arrive (even after he called for them) is preposterous!
