Inappropriate for minors *how?* All of the "forbidden parts" are hidden from view.
Personally, I'm a little tired of the idea that a child will scarred for life if he or she sees a nanosecond of nipple, but here, he/she won't even see that.

Thanks for this video. I'm currently reading "tropisch fruit"/"breadfruit" by célestine H. Vaite, and it mentions the pareu quite often. To be honest I never even heared of it before I read the book. Knew the sarong though, but I guess it's not really the same?

pareu or pareo is tahitian word for Sarong. It's a tahitian song, yes ;o)

I just figured a sarong would be from hawai and the pereu would be from tahiti. The "sarongs" they sell in the Netherlands are tiny, they barely cover your bikini-bottom.

Sarong is asian word. All Polynesian Islands say PAREU or PAREO for this piece of fabric ;o)
