EADS offers collaborative care, providing an active community of individuals unified in improving the participants health and well-being. The EADS centers, which are nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), meet rigorous guidelines for service and quality. EADS has three centers, located throughout the Puget Sound region in Washington State, and accepts a variety of payment/reimbursement plans.
