Yah, not a lot of hip extension going on here. All arms. Also, ya know... they are lifting in dirt. WIth bad music. All that being sad, I probably would have passed out doing 30 reps in the heat and dust.

it'll be much easier if you used more of a hip extension instead of strength and arms...

This is the vid I watched that showed that I only did 27 reps instead of 30. Oops.
