  • how is the name of this song?

  • @estragico Maria Fumaça

  • Is that some Sergio Mendes or ? I guess I'm not the first to ask what this music is. It's awesome.

  • @oliverecords it is a 1977 song called "Maria Fumaça" from the eponomius album by the band "Banda Black Rio" from Brazil. The whole album is amazing. Thanks for commenting..

  • people are free to post his comments, but please, instead of post 'cruyff or beckenbauer was better' tell us why you think they are better. Offensive comments from maradona fans will be deleted.

  • @MrSupernova88 No offense to the argentines but Football isn't politics so maradona can't use the killing of the argentines as an excuse to cheat against the english in Football where politics aren't involved

  • @MrSupernova88 O Rei has dirbbled through defenses with Santos....and could play ANYWHERE including goal keeper, maradona couldn't

  • @MrSupernova88 O Rei actually scored a goal in 62 in the first round before he was injured....so he did in fact, contribute.

  • @MrSupernova88 Numbers don't lie, they're facts, there is no significant way to judge skills by facts so whether who was more skilled is an opinion question. Santos became like barca with O Rei, and there is no such thing as a one man team.

  • @MrSupernova88 O Rei Pelé played keeper also, and he could play as a midfielder or defender...and he was benched in 62 because of an injury....not competition on the team

  • @mizofan Very well put

  • People stop hating we can't compare players bc they all played on different times and some have made legacy that can't be broken and everybody likes a different player better than the others am a RONALDINHO FAN SENCE DAY 1 but legacy list it's like ds to me 1.PELE.2.Maradona.3.Ronaldo.4.RONALDINHO and messi does not count on my list bc he was made in Barcelona every SENCE he was 13 years old and can only break records with them bc he went to the 2010 world cub on his prime time scoring 56 goals

  • pele inspiration and defenders:

After the final game in 1970 pele swapped shirts with the defender roberto rosato from italy . 32 years later in 2002 rosato sold the pele-shirt for 157,750 english pound at an auction. Burgnich another defender said: "I told myself before the game, he is just made of skin and bones just like everyone else- but I was wrong." Gordon Banks goalkeeper from England is a hero today, just because he kept pele from scoring a ferocious header with an incredible save!

  • The poor defenders of the 50s are blamed for the succes of Pele, but in 1970 Brazil met Italy in the final. The Azurri's are well known for their solid defense and tough physical concept. Canavaro was not there, but Fachetti, Cera, Burgnich, Rosato & Bertini could not stop him. In this classic game attack vs defense Pele and the dream team cruised the Italians in style.(4-1)Although the defenders were taller then him Pele scored a magnificient header, gives 2 assists; to jair & carlos alberto.

  • Pele is the most beloved player of all time, but at the same time also the most hated one, because of his legacy. Even some of the top players of his country rather see him vanishing today then tomorrow, because they will always stand in his shadow, since he is the most complete, gifted and succesful player.Pele was way ahead of his generation. Great players will always rise, but none shall reach the standard of Pele;win the World Cup at the age of 17.
