I have to say, Arabs will never have another leader like Saddam. Regardless what he did, he was the best Arabic leader out there.
He was seen as the best man to the world when he was working for them. When he decided to serve Arabs, and serve the pride of Arabs the world labeled him as dictator and no Arabs country said anything.
