Start eating raw vegetables like carrots, celery, cucumbers. For protein eat chicken breats. Nuts or peanuts are great for mon & poly saturated fats. Avoid junk foods. And(your mother might not be able to accomodate you) eat 4 -6 small meals a day. This cuts down fat by keeping your motabolism in high gear. A protein powder with skim milk or water is good. Remember, if you do supplements like protein powder, always check with your doctor. P.S..All things in moderation. Diet Weights Flexability!
