Was just wandering where will the air come out ?

I dont see any hole's near the air stone .

If u plug it like this it will explode when air build's up .

Please correct me if im wrong so some beginner will not do this design and spoil the egg's .

While certainly an intuitive idea, both your construction process and end product are grossly flawed. As "Filce100" indicated, you did not allow for escape of air which would be produced from the air-stone. This defeats the purpose of tumbling; as the upward escape of air bubbles draws a slow current of oxygenated water; through the "nylon mesh" and across the eggs (FYI - "cloth" will not work). Utilizing the bottom cap on your model as it is; will suffocate and damage the fish embryos.
