That was a terrible impression and Friedman never advocated high taxes for the poor, he wanted low taxes for everyone. He viewed government spending as the real evil. Also he had his negative income tax idea long before he died. Friedman was an economic liberator and you are an unfunny cunt. If you want to tax the rich then don't do it through income tax but rather through consumption tax on items such as mansions, swimming pools and speedboats as it encourages them to invest their money.
