@scottklaw Thanks! I did have fun. Check out the Loveland pass video.... it's even better!

That look's awesome and you had fun too.

@pdutube The biggest hurdle is knowing how to pace yourself. I recently had shoulder surgery and was only back on the bike 7 weeks when I did this, but by pacing myself, I succeeded in conquering all three passes + Swan mountain. My uphill pace was far slower than most because 1. less training than the others, and 2. my bicycle is actually too big for me, leading to reduced efficiency on climbs and greater energy expenditures. I'm sure you'll do just fine when you take it on!

Great videos, now I know what I am up against (at least on the downhills)!

@timewarlord Naw. Just determined. The Loveland pass video is better, and I'll have a new one of this past weekend's 100 mi Mt. Tam event in the next few days or so.

You were really flying on those downhills, and I'd imagine you caught up for a lot of what you lost on the uphills. Beautiful country, though I don't suppose you had much time for gawking around. What sort of speeds were you hitting?

@anmoose I think I hit about 45 mph. That's pretty much the best I can do on that slope without a smaller gear in the back. My smallest is 13 teeth. I'd like to have a 10 tooth one for downhills in the future. I did better on the Loveland Pass downhill, though. It was a great ride. The scenery is fantastic. Thanks for watching!
