I like to think that brodys music grows with us, spinnerette have a mellower sound but I can dig it, I wouldn't have liked it the same 10 years ago. If she was still doing the same thing it would just make her one dimentional like everyone else. If you listen to spinnerettes acoustic stuff it sounds just as raw as the distillers, she is still the same song writer after all and it shows no matter what the style.

music is music... she didint tryy to fit in the "punk scene" she just did by being herself. n by doing what she wants to do by making Spinnerette and not giving a f*ck what anyone else says or thinks otherwise. that, i think is truely what youd describe "punk rock".

to who like punk rock music the Distillers are better and to those ones who like Alternative Rock music the Spinnerette are better.. in two cases people are right.. what matter is Brody Dalle is the Best in all condictions.

lol, well i like brody, no matter what she plays she is gifted. Distillers yes i loved them and i love Spinnerette to. but i think i like the new brody alot more then the older one. :P
