  • If only 36,000 are raptured from each of the 4 groups ,and in verse 22 where it states :But for the sake of the elect, those days shall be shortened , and "the elect" in which you believe are the converted jews , well, that means ONLY 36,000 people from the other three groups will be saved whether or not they go through the tribulation . Am I correct in this ? Please correct me if I've misunderstood . 144,000 is not many ...even 144,000 churches (worldwide) would still be very few

  • @mikeysback70 There are 144,000 from EACH of the four groups: 144,000 raptured Protestants (Rev 14:3), 144,000 converted Jews (Rev. 7:4) and 144,000 holy martyrs (Rev 14:1). St. John does not enumerate the number of protected Catholics but undoubtedly it is also 144,000.

  • Now i have a question i always wanted to know. what will happen to the children during these end times? will all the children be raptured so they wont be here during the tribulation? i always wanted to know about children during these end times

  • I've never found any differentiation between children and adults in Daniel, Revelation or the Olivet Discourse.

  • where in the bible does it tell you to repeat prayer?

when the angels sing holy holy holy I would say this is praising not praying.

so where does it say to repeat prayer?

  • Prayer can take many forms and one of these is praise. In fact, if you check the Wiki definition of prayer, "praise" is the FIRST definition. Jesus said "do not repeat your prayers like the HEATHEN". Jesus actually commended the persistent widow who kept appealing to the judge until he finally said "I will grant her request otherwise she will wear me out." Most people will admit that if they ever get into a really serious spot they will repeat a prayer over and over such as "Jesus help me."

  • the abomination of desolation is the beast statue in the holy place.

  • h20ENTHUSIAST, -- The Rosary is NOT vain repitition, in Matt. 6:7 it uses the word ''VAIN''..........denoting babbling or speaking without thinking, read 1 Kings 18: 26-29 for a good understanding then read Eccl. 5:2.......We are to be reverential and think of the weight and magnitude of our prayers. That is why Catholics CONTEMPLATE when praying the Rosary.

  • AND WHAT IS THE SCRIPTURE!

  • the obedient child asks only once and accepts the answer.

the father knows best... and his ability to give whatever is asked...

and in the Hail MARY who are you speaking to?

    WHat are you asking for?

Because YOU should be asking the father.... not mary.

THE scriptures say you are not to be repeatitious... NOT ME!!!!!!!

    get over yourself.
