Georgia - what percent does it needs to be when a blanket statement is acceptable? I live in a very diverse area..the white people in the neighborhood are polite, friendly and care about the community. Blacks are angry, rude, and want to appear to be a gangster. If almost every one falls into this...is it really unfair not to make a "blanket statement"?
