Is there any way to TURN OFF automatic styles (when I want to type a new document, a just do not want that styles that I had been used to show up for me without asking...)
Also, when I pick some other style, any style, the letters are still bold :(

I can't stand Styles in Word. If, say, I type a line of text in bold and hit Return, Word assigns it a Header style, so that if I later want to copy and paste that text elsewhere in the document, the bold will be stripped out as the text is now made to conform to Normal style. I find this all a huge pain in the ass. I don't want Word assigning hierarchical value to my text; I just want it to let me type what I want and cut-and-paste what I want, without trying to organize my document for me.
