Looking at this video reminds me as a child. i was diagnosed with type one diabetes when I was 7 years old. I am now 35 soon to be 36. I just want to let the young kids know that as frustrating as it gets at times, and some struggling it takes, you can still live a fulfilling life. Just don't allow the disease to get the best of you. YOU CAN DO ANYTHING IN LIFE THAT YOU WANT! Just as if you were living a normal life. KEEP YOU HEADS HELD HIGH!

im 15, i have type 1, i have to have 4 jags (or shots if you like to call it that) from 2 different types of insulin a day, i was just wondering see the pump, what is it, how is it different from a jag?

I have a son who was diagnosed 2 years ago with juvenile type 1 diabetes.He is insulin dependent infact he injects 3 times a day and has 3 different insulins.It is a constant struggle and is very hard for him he was used to eating anything he wanted and now he has restrictions.However he is learning how to manage his diabetes.Nice video and thanks for sharing.
