please explain this 2 me like i was a 6 yr old child : ) what is the point of 5x5? u use the same weight 4 all sets and...? also, on some of your reps, u kinda exaggerate the "lean back" which relaxes the lower back and glutes, just sayin.

@MetaIhead89 I'd say till your comfortable. When going that heavy you cant jump from 135 to 315 in 2 sets

great job man. I know taking a big belly of air is crucial for lower back stability but I'm having a little trouble with rhythm. Any tips on breathing?

I noticed you dont alternate grips..doesnt that force one side more than the other ? I tend to do that too but im not sure if it favors one side more than the other..
how many reps and sets do you do for the warm-up before these sets?
