  • how many reps and sets do you do for the warm-up before these sets?

  • @MetaIhead89 start with 135x10 and then 225x8 to warm up

  • is touch and go harder than a normal "dead" deadlift?

  • please explain this 2 me like i was a 6 yr old child : ) what is the point of 5x5? u use the same weight 4 all sets and...? also, on some of your reps, u kinda exaggerate the "lean back" which relaxes the lower back and glutes, just sayin.

  • @roebuckk 53??? conrgats my friend!! I am 39 and have been involved in athletics since I was 14. Haven't stopped working out ever since one way or another. keep it up, we'll live to be 100

  • great job man. I know taking a big belly of air is crucial for lower back stability but I'm having a little trouble with rhythm. Any tips on breathing?

  • I noticed you dont alternate grips..doesnt that force one side more than the other ? I tend to do that too but im not sure if it favors one side more than the other..
