  • It seems to me extremely disrespectful not to credit Ishiguro, the writer of the original novel, in this trailer

  • Anthony Hopkins. What a genius.

  • one of my favorite movies of all time, i really liked the strong message the ending had

  • @l24n2l

Tan verdad..Anthony Hopkins es el mejor

  • I love the film :-)

  • @DANEo2o2 A japanese guy who grew up in England though

  • @DANEo2o2 Funny yet, this uber british film was (brilliantly) directed by an American, produced by an Indian, adapted for screen by a German. Now, this is what we call globalization. BTW ,another Ishiguro novel was recently adapted for the big screen: NEVER LET ME GO

  • There is not one bad moment in this film. Not one.

  • LET'S SPOIL EVERY PLOT POINT IN THE TRAILER WHY DON'T WE?

  • @laxman9677 Disrespectful, too, that they credit the producers as the "creators" of Howards End, which is of course the creation of none other than E.M. Forster. Adaptation is a worthy feat, but it is not the same as creation.

  • This is such a brilliant story, I'm not it can be appreciated by everyone the work is so subtle.

  • I love how this was written by a Jap. You can then totally see the parallels between the ethics of the samurai (whose literal meaning is "one who serves") and that of an English butler.
