In this video, Mahalo expert Sean Hewitt demonstrates how to add photos to you blog post in this Windows Live Writer tutorial.

Windows Live Writer - Adding Photos
---------------------------------------------------------------------

If you wish to add a photo or photos to your blog, just follow these simple steps.

Place your cursor in the area you would like to place a photo. Navigate to the Insert tab in the top menu bar, then click Picture and choose either From your computer or From the web.

The photo will be inserted where you placed your cursor. From here, you can resize the photo by clicking and dragging any of the sides or corners.

You can also change the border style around your photo to either a colored border, no border or a drop shadow border.

You can add your own personal Watermark by clicking on the icon in the top menu. This will bring up a dialogue box, in which you specify the font, size, position of the watermark on the photo and what you want the text of the watermark to say.

If you wish to add more than one photo to your blog, you can add a Photo album instead. Navigate to the top menu and click Photo album, then choose Create online album.

This brings up a dialogue box. Click Add photos to choose the ones you would like to include in the album. Once chosen, click Open to place them in the album, them click Insert to place them into your blog post.

You can also decide on the Format for an album. You can choose between different styles regarding the manner in which the photos are arranged in the album by clicking Format in the top menu bar and choosing one of the icons below. Just like a single photo, you can resize an album as well.

When you're finished, click Home in the top menu bar, then click Publish. You may be asked to Sign In to your Windows Live account if you haven't already done so.
