  • @Demus15 Thanks for the reply. Give me a few years and I'll catch up to ya. Cheers!

  • @xXxMrMysteryxXx Thanks for the kind words. I was about 21 almost 22 when i started. So it's been about four and a half years or so. It is a fun journey, to go from not being able to do a handstand to blowing people's mind a little with what you can do. good luck

  • @nubbsy6 My understanding is that the stabalization of the rings is easier with shorter straps however the strength requirment is the same, which is actually the most difficult part of the cross.

  • @Demus15 Hey man just subscribed to your vids, very inspirational. I just recently started calesthenics/gymnastic style training and I'm 23 years old. I was wondering how old were you when you started and how long you been doing it for? Amazing vids btw. Cheers.

  • @nubbsy6 It makes a difference not as much as this guy reckons tho, he's a moron. Didn't even look at my other stuff to see me doing a cross on full length straps. But as usual with these morons they have no videos of them doing anything and just put stupid comments on other ppl's vids.

  • @TheSituation3 i'm not a gymnist or anything but does that really make that big of a difference?

  • You do realize that on a public swing set with super short cables an iron cross is easy as hell right? I could honestly do exactly what you just did when I was 12 years old. How about you go to a real gym, on a real rings set, and try what you just did again. I bet you don't even come close to making that cross... Sorry

  • Just work on making the moves neat but great start!!!!!
