This is a common explanation as to why Neocon, or other various unknown private owners would rig voting. This is really the most plausible conspiracy I've heard thus far.

I have to ask - if fraud has been comitted in this primary, what are we, as Americans, prepared to do about it. Spouting online is all well and good but we really need to ascertain if fraud has been committed. This means real evidence, not hearsay. This means affidavits from voters, sworn under oath in front of a JP. This means a suit for fraud filed against the Secretary of State for New Hampshire. If we aren't willing to do this, we are just jerking off! So where do you stand?
