Bill Lambert came down to Cornwall to inspect me and my practises. I take my ACS status very seriously - because at the end of the day it is about the welfare of my dogs - which is ALWAYS my priority - and always will be, with or without the scheme. There has to be something like this in place though for people needing guidance towards responsible breeders, and so I applaud the scheme. Bill Lambert is a thoroughly genuine and knowledgable K,C representitive. Penny & Keweras Golden Retrievers

No one I know has ever been visited by a representative. I feel this is a great idea, but more needs to be done to ensure those given this high acolade deserve it. It can be used to the wrong effect by bad breeders - as a selling point for puppies, by those who should not be accredited breeders!

Good strong message which more people should be aware of.
A POSITIVE view on breeding puppies is MORE widespread than the general public are led to belive by much of the media and the RSPCA who seem to think a negative view suits their own agenda better.
