i was slashin the break in the early 80's up the left handers at kuta so long ago,,then walk back to the break ,that was the killer,surfin them sucker's was heaven sent,,seriously as a surfer i had wet dream's about it,u know what i mean,surfed the nwhole of bali with a town and country twin fin,fuck the thruster's,alway's had that in my front pocket ready to go ,,hehehaha,i salute bali

@oche00 yeah pavones is world class, but it is a mission getting there and it isnt consistent. i surfed playa negra and mal pais areas and both were dank.

Doing maneuvers like this was unthinkable back in 1963 when I started surfing. It seems strange the board shapers took so long to figure out that smaller was better. You would think that here in southern California where they were mass producing surf boards someone would have at least experimented with a smaller board. They just kept putting out the same long boards. When they did get shorter I didn't like them. No more knee paddling.
