  • I feel it is a little arrogant to say the toll road will have no effect on the flow of cobble stones. Granted, like you said, it will take a 50-year to 100-year storm to generate the volume and flow rates needed to allow them travel downstream, but I still believe a 4 lane toll road would considerably change the watershed of the area.

  • You forgot to mention what a monstrosity it will look like.
