First things first: the lag in the interaction is called by the TUIO simulator SimTouch under Mac OS X ;-)
This is just a quick implementation of Adobe Air's HTML class (short 'the HTML') with some multi-touch functionality via TUIO to show feasibility and problems.
The HTML is a full-grown WebKit based browser.
This video shows some problems of the HTML browser:
1. The anti-aliasing breaks if the HTML is being rotated.
2. Links cannot be clicked although a MouseEvent.CLICK is being dispatched on them.
3. It cannot be scrolled in the content.
