13-hour overnight train from Jaipur to Jaisalmer in Northern India. Try sleeping in these conditions. :)

  • He he. You're right. 50 hours is much longer. Though I have done Sleeper Class before. Now, *that* was definitely an experience.

  • now just imagine travelling in some train in some other developed country for 15 hours??

huh I cannot do that for sure becz people they sit like robots shake as train shakes and busy with their own stuff ear phone plugged in, eyes gazed on cell phones or other e-stuff.no taking and nothing.. well get bored. generally I miss my India during such rides (when I m abroad and take this journeys ) and I for sure enjoy vibrant and my friendly indians in such journey.

  • My friend 13 hours is nothing. Try 50 hours from Delhi to Kerala. This seems to be A/C three tier which is more crowded than the A/C two tier or first class coach. But the best way to travel or know India is sleeper class with all the dust, dirt, hawkers and humans ! Treasure is always found amidst filth.
