Silent Hill: Downpour, a new Silent Hill game scheduled to be available 2011 on PS3 and Xbox 360. Silent Hill: Downpour begins after a prison transport vehicle careens off the road, leaving lone inmate Murphy Pendleton stranded in Silent Hill. As Pendleton takes in his new surroundings, users will encounter mind-bending puzzles and horrific creatures and otherworld terrors. Armed only with the everyday objects they can find - from wooden chairs to glass bottles - to fend off their enemies, fight or flight responses are left to the player as they unravel a dark storyline which will appeal to fans of the early, classic Silent Hill series.

Crazy how people dont get over the fact that the old games are in the past now. Its time to move on guys. Wheres the fog? Wheres pyramid head? Wheres team silent? Wheres this, Wheres that. Whats the point in playing a new game if it looks just like the ones before? Most Silent fans are such cry babies. If Downpour was the first Silent hill game ever made it would probably be a Masterpiece. and Silent Hill 2 would be garbage. You guys would say: Wheres the rain? Wheres the good graphics?.....

@SH0WTIME09 The reason why most people complain about the older games (if they have logical rational reasons like mine and arent just bitching for the sake of bitching) is because Silent Hill had a formula that worked, it was unique to the game itself and when they change that just to attract new players who wont know a dammed thing about the SH universe it's kind of the dumbest thing a company could do.
