  • The leader inabilities to provide safety and security for the people caused them to take desparate measure to survive.

  • man these ppl got no money so they do what they can to make a living

  • Yes, this currupted regime destoy everything in cambodia for their GREED, the forest, the land, the ancient statues, you name it they done it all, these elite pocket billions of dollars yet the poor does't have a penny from the resources that belong to all cambodians. This regime has to be change, from athuritarian dictatorship to democracy.

  • Our forest is the one of a few last treasures we the khmer have left, don't let foreigne country like vietnam plunder our natural resource, the entire world could come and enjoy the forest like a national park,we can still rake in millions without having to cut down our trees and destroying our natural wildlife habitat.

  • There are alternatives to unsustainable logging which include eco-tourism and the use of sustainable forest products. It is a pity that people assume that material possessions can bring you happiness. Have a look at "burning green dollars in cambodia" for details of successful eco-tourism programmes and the damage a logging camp can do.

  • I been to Cambodia. Those poor Khmer people and been through so much hell already. Now this sighhhh
