Well obviously, I DO like my beer.......but I must admit that in those times that I have had cannabis available to me, my beer consumption has dropped something like 90 percent.....and in spite of "the munchies" I actually LOST weight. Now that's food for thought.......

You don't come home and beat your wife high off of weed, but you do on liquor. Have you ever hear of anyone dieing from smoking to much weed? you have alcohol poisoning. Ever heard of someone killing someone else high off weed no. But you do with alcohol. Weed is not a drug it's a plant, and plants are beautiful. Weed makes you love everyone. You smoke weed and you love people. Ever smoke with some friends and be like daaaaamn I wanna kill that asshole. No you go daaaaamn I love that asshole. :)

so many fucked up arguments here. This is COMEDY not to be taken seriously. But let me tell you why this is comedy. Alcohol is a stimulant before it turns people into psychopaths (or those inclined to fucked up behaviour) whereas pot makes you a paranoid mental psychopath after you laugh it off. And let's be clear, it fucks up your short term memory. Those guys forgot they smashed up the garage door 2 minutes later.

I have been looking for this bit for ages! It is the first I ever heard from Bill Hicks, downloaded it from Limewire by accident. It was disguised, ironically enough, as a Dane Cook bit. (I owe the person who did that A LOT). Please tell me which CD/set this is from?!

@tristramshandy3 Totally agree...this is also why all psychadelics are illegal including MDMA, BECAUSE THEY MAKE YOU EMPATHISE AND THINK FOR YOURSELF. The only flaw in the theory is that cocaine is also illegal and that turns people into aggressive loud mouth twats - very similar to alcohol, I'm guessing that's more to do with only south american countries producing it...imagine if they legalised cocaine, Bolivia would suddenly have a GDP bigger than the USA! Anyway I digress...must be the pot!
