I was looking for "ALL ENGLISH" if there is a full french channel why is this channel bilingual?

@jeffpenn329 There is no "All English" or "All French" channel. Both channels feature bilingual videos, because Canada's official languages are both English and French. We do this so both languages have equal access to videos. Videos feature subtitles so they can be enjoyed by people native to either language.
