  • Great insight to teardrops. These are becoming popular in England too. All the best campers!

  • @ziggymike1 Is there a big RV market in England? I'm just curious. It is something we don't hear about in the US. Some of the campers here are getting ridiculously large. Some of the campgrounds that we go to you couldn't even find a space to park some of these 5th wheel campers let alone drive into the park. Another nice thing about our camper is that it always fits.

  • big is not always better

i know a lot of folks with big rvs and the tinkering never ends theres something that breaks all the time and need to be taken care off things getting lose, noises, something breaking etc...too MUCH WORK ! instead of play

  • @emforty2 I have to be honest. A teardrop camper is never done! Seems like there is always some little innovation a person adds to their camper. A teardrop gathering gives you all kinds of ideas. It isn't something yo HAVE to do ....you just want to! Seeing what others have done inspires a person.

  • Canadian?! Oh, my husband will get a kick out of that! No, neither of us are Canadians. We are both Nordakodans, that's North Dakotans for those of you not from the northern midwest. People in ND, MN, SD and the plains area of Canada share some of the same lingo.

We are very proud of our northern neighbors and take no offense in being mistaken for one. Funny, how we all have accents but to us we sound "normal".

  • uswdkb42,

Sorry I have got to disagree - we tent camped for awhile - with similar equipment to what you describe but the best inflatable mattress around will never sleep like the mattress in my newly purchased teardrop. My tent camping equipment is now for sale on eBay :) We love the teardrop!

  • No argument from me! Last spring we added a 2 inch memory foam topper to our bed and it is heaven. We don't use sleeping bags. We each have 2 feather pillows and share a blanket and a quilt. Wonderful sleeping!

  • That's awesome!

  • That trailer is fucking awesome!

  • it's not the size that matters, but how you use it!!!

    xD

  • I love the design! More comfortable (& easier to set up) than a tent, but not so big that you're taking home with you!

I wish I was good at carpentry... :D

  • Great work guys.

Nice to see **somebody** paying attention to aerodynamics!!!

  • @sheepcurry I was thinking minnesota lol
