Ebay them man. I mean you waste money buying them and then making them. When giving them away you're losing money. I know you are a nice guy, but think whats best for you too. I'm sure lots of us would buy some if you sold them. I know I would. I have a livestrong band too so I would buy one from you.

Do both. Sell some and give some away.
As far as where to sell them? You'll need a website, or you could sell them on ebay.. but ebay has a lot of fees.

Give aways always help increase views however you aren't making anything yet off your videos to be able to support giveaways just yet. I say start by selling them that way it creates a demand. Once there is a demand and you are selling enough to cover your costs of giving some away then do it but until your costs are covered create a demand for the product by making it exclusive so to speak.
