@SuperR107 Nobody knew about Goku's true origins as a saiyan until after he had married Chi-Chi and had gohan. Even he didn't know his status as a saiyan, So she certainly couldn't have.

Are you kidding? Chi chi is an ideal mother and an excellent parent. She is the best mother figure in the series. She is a far better parent than her neglectful husband goku. The only Parent that may have been close to as good as her may have been piccolo who was a far better father figure than goku...

Chi chi was a great parent. Goku was neglectful as hell. Then again, I would leave for 7 years too if I were married to a woman that nags as much as she does. So you can't really blame goku for being such a terrible father...
