Twenty hopefuls faced the most unusual job interview ever as they competed for the coveted position of a master model builder at the Legoland Discovery Centre in Manchester, which opens in the Trafford Centre in March 2010.
Contestants faced a tough panel made up of a model builder from Berlin, Marcel Kloos, general manager of the Manchester Legoland Discovery Centre, Neil Crittenden and two child judges, George Brown, five, and Josh McNelly, 12.
The auditionees were first asked to create an animal model in just fifteen minutes. Then those who progressed to the second round were given an hour to create a famous face out of Lego.
Millions of Lego bricks, twenty contestants and just one job - but who will have the brick factor?
OMG some of the things made of Lego were amazing.
