This is a song that a friend introduced me to not long ago. And I hope you enjoy it! At the end of the song you will hear thundering and lightening. It was pouring down rain outside, but was pleasant inside as I sang.

  • Dear Ann, Enjoyed your performance on this one. I can tell you, this is a REAL old one. My grandmother sang this when I was a boy and she always said she remember HER mother singing it in church. So it's been around for awhile now. I do remember way back when the Rambos recorded this; in fact, I have that record around here somewhere. Very nice job Ann. Your Friend In Missouri, Mo Jo

  • @jc6154 Thank you so much Jerry, for such a very nice and kind comment and compliment. And for your visit. Margaret introduced me to this song two years ago. I'd never heard it before that. And I just thought it was a beautiful song and had to learn it to sing. It has been here on YouTube for about a year and a half, and I thought I'd send it out to my new friends here on YouTube. I didn't know who the original singers were. The Rambos, that's wonderful to know who put it out. Smiles ~ Ann
