UICA Artist: Heidi Kumao

Heidi Kumao's "After Hours: Live/Work" is Designed as a response to the architecture of the UICA, using video projection to create the illusion of a room in which stories unfold. Viewers will watch a movie playing in the Black Box Window of the UICA building by standing across the street. Visible mostly at night, the glowing window space will highlight the odd activities of the building's imaginary occupants, making private gestures publicly available. This exhibitions is at UICA from September 21-October 9, 2011.
