Tuna Carrot Sandwich

America Cooking Contest] I like the salmon color this mixture has after
the carrots are mixed in with the tuna. Sometimes I like to use my
immersion blender to quickly mix the cooked carrots in with the tuna.
This sandwich is also great open faced topped with sliced cheese and
baked in the oven until the cheese is melted. Source:
