Another kick butt heart pumping circuit using the battling ropes as a main tool along with kettlebells and a high stand. Once again really gets the heart pumping. 30 seconds on each excercise with no more then 15 seconds in between. Great cardio in a short space of time.
What is the other end of ropes hooked to?
