My name is Alex, I have decided to make use of a few years of being taught at grade 8 level to overdub a variety of my favourite songs and "spice" up the drum lines or loops with MY OWN variations. I do not intend to diminish the original composer's work, I only offer my work here for the amusement of the audience and perhaps teach a few different techniques of differing the drum technique or rudiments. Any comments such as "youre playing it wrong" will be ignored unless the current video is a tutorial, in which case these comments would be appreciated for feedback for me :)

If the video is a drum cover then my intentions are simply enjoyment and ideas for the viewers of the major world of drum and percussion. I have taken a great deal from Cobus Potgeiter and also Vadrum. In the recent past I have adapted to Dominic Howard from Muse, my style has become almost identical to his, which is good except its sort of stopped me including other styles in my performance. Additional [March 2009]: Panning of drums is complete, beginning with the left drums to the left field [Hi-hat furthest left] through the way down to the furthest right field [low tom furthest right].

To be honest you will really be able to pick this song up quickly, when i get some time i will post a step by step tutorial on how to play this song. Its difficult to say with the addons and things, the shells themselves are only about £500, but the rest of the cymbals and stuff boost the value to about £2k =/

@MrTehproworld Hello thanks for the interest :) This kit is the Yamah Rydeen kit, ive had it for about 5 years now and is still doing pretty well, although some of the toms need tuning every so often. the kit and components are listed in the description if you want to know more.
