My favorite is http://www.youtube-mp3.org/ It's quick, it's easy, it doesn't have a ton of ads, and you can download an add-on to some browsers that gives you a button over YouTube videos so you can easily download the mp3.

Yes, I've been trying to make artistic gymnastics floor music/rhythmic gymnastics music, because I LOVE music! It's very difficult, and I'll only post the best ones I've managed to do. This is the first piece of music I've tried to cut to floor music length, and it's the most recent one I worked on, months later! It's given me so many problems that I keep coming back to it. You can still hear some of the cuts I made, though considering the large number of places where I did cut it, you only hear a few.
ShinoraShegaia also has a version of Moondance at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4YxienPSZ1U My main objection is that the slow part is too short, but it's pretty good. ORITKM also has one, but that one isn't good at all.
